ICS Meeting Viewer

ICS Meeting Viewer

Ever get a meeting invitation in email on your iPad? Have you received one of those ICS files that you cannot open? Now you can open and read those ICS files on your iPad with the ICS Meeting Viewer!

Just tap the ICS file icon in your email and choose ‘Open in ICS Viewer’ to see your meeting invitations. As the iPad does not support apps making calendar additions, the ICS Event Viewer keeps a copy of each meeting for a handy reference.

You can see all meeting details including time, location, recurrence and all invitees. You can even send an email to the meeting organizer or any invitee from within ICS Meeting Viewer - just tap the email icon. On-board bubble help is always available by tapping the ? icon.

All parsing is done within the application and no Internet connection is required. Your meeting data stays private. In addition to email, ICS Meeting Viewer can also be used with any app that supports external file access, such as Dropbox and Safari.

Best of all, ICS Meeting Viewer is only $1.99 for a limited time. Get it today - don’t miss another meeting!

This solved my confusing problem with meeting requests... Now I know where I'm supposed to be when I'm late! Thanks.

No more missed appointments!

I've been waiting for a tool to view my ICS invitations on the iPad. Now I can review upcoming meetings and send emails to the participants without using my laptop!

Does not perform International Timezone Conversions

I was very excited when I discovered ICS Viewer for iPad as I have been needing just such an app. However, my excitement soon turned to dissappointment when I realized that ICS Viewer apparently does not perform international timezone calculations. I live on the US East Coast and work for a British company. The vast majority of my MS Outlook meeting invites originate in the United Kingdom which is 5 hrs ahead of local EST timezone here in the US. ICS Viewer does not do the calculation that MS Outlook does and therefore my ICS meetings all show up in British Standard Time(BST)rather than Eastern Standard Time (i.e. - they are all 5 hours off local time(EST)rending an otherwise very nice, potentially useful & attractive app useless for my needs. I will give it a minimum 4 star rating if this bug is addressed.
